actually makes you fat! How many times have you lost some weight
only to gain it back again plus a bit more.
Statistics show
that this is the case in 95% of people.
This
is because every time you reduce your calorie intake your metabolism
will adjust itself to match. Unfortunately it doesn't work the other
way, when you go off your diet your metabolism remains slower and
more of the calories you eat are stored as fat
So
that's how dieting has affected your body
but what has it done to your mind?
Your subconscious
mind records every event of your life, including your thoughts and
feelings about it. How do you feel about your efforts at dieting?
If you're reading this it must be because you have failed at permanently
losing weight in the past.
Those feelings
of failure go with you every time you start a new diet, you are
already programmed to fail.
Most weight
loss programs only deal with the symptoms of the problem without
getting to the cause, namely your subconscious beliefs and responses.
