you know that you can get fit just by thinking about it?
Harvard researchers
did an experiment involving hotel cleaners. Some were told that
their job gave them plenty of exercise. After 4 weeks, they were
in better shape than cleaners who performed the same work but weren't
told they were getting enough exercise.
Your
beliefs actually create your reality.
You can also
think yourself healthy, but you need to focus on health. You become
what you think about most, so if you are constantly thinking about
your current condition that will be what you continue to create
in yourself.
Your mind can't
tell the difference between a real and an imagined experience, so
if you continue to imagine yourself as you want to be, sooner or
later you will become that.
